Sooooo...Welcome! Where do I start this overdue update from Zelko Bistro? Its been months now for Jeb Stuart (my partner, previously at Shade) and myself. We can now see light at the end of the tunnel. However we are both relieved that it wasn't another train heading our way. :) Now, I'm not going to bore our followers and customers with the dramatics of construction, however, we all know it's not exactly a picnic, but every restaurant has to go through it at one point. We do not wish to whine about it, just please keep your shirts on until we get the doors open. I will add that it's has been an exciting ride for us!! We will try to keep ya'll "in the know" with our timeline and we look forward to seeing everyone in the Heights soon.
